Becca's Closet was created as a legacy to Rebecca Kirtman and the project she started. Becca's Closet provides formal attire to high school students who otherwise would not be able to attend their prom/homecoming. Their mission is to continue her vision and dream of helping others. In Becca's memory, scholarships are awarded to deserving high school students to advance their education.

A Becca’s Closet Club was started at Winchester Thurston School in 2005 and hundreds of dresses have been donated and distributed to deserving girls. A dress drive and distribution event will be held at Winchester Thurston on March 13 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Gymnasium. Our school is located at 555 Morewood Avenue in Shadyside and directions can be found on our website at www.winchesterthurston.org.
